How does the transatlantic model actually work in practice?
Think of it as two expert teams working in sequence rather than in parallel: Our German side (Berlin HQ and Wernigerode Plant) handles: Engineering depth and software development Panel building and manufacturing Extended service and administrative support Our U.S. side (Atlanta, GA) handles: Sales and local engineering System adoption, extension, and commissioning After-sales, service and spare parts Because our teams span multiple time zones, your project keeps moving even when your local business day ends. Smart sourcing between Europe and the U.S. also keeps costs competitive without sacrificing the German engineering quality our customers rely on. Contact us to discuss how we can work together.
